Marlene Rubenstein, daughter of Holocaust survivors, whose father was both a builder and developer, and Dena Fox, a seasoned finance expert who grew up inspired by a businesswoman mother “who could sell anything,” have built their business around relationships while helping each individual client realize their housing dream. What do you think separates you from other real estate professionals in the business today?
We represent different generations and perspectives for our clients, with two different styles but complementary skill sets. Further, we cover complementary markets between the city and North Shore, in addition to south and southwest Florida, so we are able to lend our expertise no matter where clients plan on moving and can be there for them at every stage of life.
In real estate, what will never be replaced by technology?
The single most important element of our business is our long-term, forever relationships that we both nurture and grow with our clients, colleagues, and community.
How do you win a listing?
We have developed proprietary insights and practices, including a consultation package for buyers, sellers, and renters. We have a trusted 10-step process for listing/selling homes that is unique to our team—it includes honesty, data, experience, intel, and strategy. We tell our clients what we truly believe because we always want to manage expectations, build trust, and share invaluable resources.
