What excites you most about the future of your industry? The integration of technology, AI, and personalized service. Real estate is becoming more data-driven and efficient, but what excites me is the ability to pair that innovation with the human side of the business—building trust, relationships, and truly understanding a client’s vision for their home.
What conversations are you passionate about bringing to the table? I’m passionate about conversations that highlight women supporting women—whether in business, leadership, or personal growth.
How do you give back to your community or industry? I’ve always believed in giving back to Hinsdale and surrounding areas through sponsorships, fundraising events, and supporting local schools and nonprofits. In my industry, I mentor and collaborate with agents from all over the country, especially women, to help them find their confidence and footing in a competitive business.
What’s a trend you’re embracing—or challenging? I’m embracing the shift toward more virtual and digital tools, but I also challenge the idea that real estate can never fully be automated. Buying or selling a home is one of the most personal decisions someone makes, and the human connection will always matter most.
How do you define confidence—and how have you built it? Confidence is knowing your worth, trusting your instincts, and not being afraid to take up space. I’ve built mine over time through experience—navigating both wins and challenges—and by surrounding myself with mentors, friends, and clients who inspire me.
What legacy do you hope to leave behind? I hope my legacy is one of service, integrity, and empowerment. That I helped families find not just houses but true homes, and that I always gave back to the community that gave so much to me.
