Decade of Success

The right first job after college can often set the course for a successful career. However, graduates often don’t have the training and background to navigate the complex employment landscape.
That’s where Campus2Career (C2C) steps in.
“When we founded C2C 10 years ago in 2009, there was a clear demand to create a new category of coaching and counseling services for young adults,” Frank Schroeder, founder of C2C, says. “For the most part, they had completed college without a clear idea of what they wanted to do professionally and virtually no clue about sound and successful ways to land the job of their choice.”
Not much has changed. The job market remains a challenge for many recent graduates, not to mention a point of anxiety for their parents. C2C’s programs, exclusively for millenials and Gen Z, are designed to help graduates adapt and prepare for a career. The focus is on helping clients land their first job or an internship that can blaze a path to future success.
“In some cases, the client is having no success finding a job. We get it. In other cases, it’s as simple as parents who would like to see their child out of the house and productive after their major investment in four years in college,” Schroeder says. “Whatever the case, navigating today’s job market for the first time is daunting and often discouraging. Happily, our clients and parents have found our hands-on approach effective and rewarding.”
Potential clients need look no further than C2C’s whopping 98.7 percent success rate for clients who find a meaningful job in his or her field of choice. Schroeder points to the organization’s ability to differentiate its clients from other job seekers—as well as its fully engaged coaches and advisory board members who have long track records with C2C—as keys to success.
“We stick to our knitting,” Schroeder says. “We don’t cut corners on our service. We remain true to our process because we know it works so well.”
