Mantra? Work Hard/Play Hard Best grooming tip? Exercise! Best anti-aging regimen. I’ve been addicted my whole life Guilty pleasure? Bridgerton. This show feels unique in part because it’s set in the Regency era, and yet, the music is set to ballads like Ariana Grande or Maroon 5 in an orchestral arrangement. It’s a perfect juxtaposition of old world and new world. I’m entranced Favorite foods? Spicey anything works for me Music you love? Spa music. I love how tranquil nature and water sounds. It puts me at ease and calms the senses Best advice ever given to you? “Always count your blessings.” Positive thinking is at my core Earliest memory? Jumping onstage at a young age. I have always loved public speaking/performing and hope to get back into it someday When you wake up, you? Give thanks to God for another day. 2020 was a hard year on so many people on so many levels. I pray that one day we can look back and realize we learned and changed in ways that allowed us to grow for the betterment of ourselves and society Before bed, you? Always wash my face and apply my fave products. Skin care is important selfcare What’s on your bookshelf? Books on spirituality and the metaphysical You can’t live without? My husband. Life throws curveballs, none of them would have been manageable without him. And, of course, my kids—they are epic people Love to escape to? Travel of any sort energizes me and gives me something to look forward to Advice you would give to your younger self? In early 2019, make a major stock investment in toilet paper, face masks, and hand sanitizer … Ha!!! I joke about serious matters, because I believe laughter is the best medicine
