What sets you apart from your competition? At the end of the day, CRC doesn’t just sell roofs. We work hard on building long-lasting, trusting relationships with our customers so that they can feel confident with our services and recommendations.

Best thing about 2020 was? We had to come up with some creative ways to do no-contact inspections. We started using drones to photograph homeowners’ roofs. The aerial photography has been an invaluable resource we use to help guide and educate our customers.

Trends on the horizon? Synthetic roofing materials are a relatively new development. They are made from recycled plastic or rubber and are lightweight, mold-, pest-, impact- and fire-resistant and are virtually maintenance-free. Our installers are trained and proficient with new installation procedures and processes that are required with synthetic roofing projects.

Best advice you’ve given? Invest in the best cedar you can afford. You can extend the life of your roof 10 to 15 years, saving you money in the long run.
