Small Dog Tea Party

Guests donned fascinators, floral prints, and pocket squares during a chic afternoon tea party with their four-legged friends. Hosted by the Hinsdale Humane Society and Real Dog Moms of Chicago at the Drake Hotel in Chicago, the afternoon featured Valentine’s Day décor, delicious treats, and a some of the most adorable pooches in the area.

GJK Winter Benefit

Glencoe Junior Kindergarten and Nursery School (GJK) raised $35,000 at its annual winter benefit, with more than 130 in attendance at Writers Theatre. Co-chaired by Lisa Dorfman and Amy Edelson, this year’s event theme was Winter Wonderland and included a silent auction, drinks, live music by Wheelhouse, and catering by An Apple A Day Catering

Maze Home: Finding Mrs. Ford Book Signing and Luncheon

Owner Cindy Galvin hosted author Deborah Goodrich Royce during Maze Home’s spectacular 10th anniversary celebration. Kicking off the festivities, Royce signed copies of her debut novel, Finding Mrs. Ford at the Winnetka store followed by a reading and Q & A. The Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation: Making An Impact

Despite the cold temperatures outside, the Drake Hotel in Chicago was transformed into a sizzling “Havana Night” during The Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation’s annual gala. More than 400 guests celebrated the Union League Boys & Girls Clubs’ 100th anniversary during a spectacular evening of dinner, dancing, champagne, and jewels. The event, chaired by Celine Fitzgerald, was held at the Union League Club where guests enjoyed a moving program featuring some of the organization’s alumni, an exciting auction, and paddle-raise.
