Why you love what you do? I love the challenge of real estate. Every transaction, and every buyer and seller, are different.
Best thing about 2021 was? I recorded just over $12.5 million in sales volume and took on a bigger role in my brokerage.
Past trends you’d like to see return? Less open floor plans. With people working at home, sometimes learning at home and just being home more, I can see there being a need for more defined spaces.
Trends on the horizon? More elaborate outdoor spaces, now that people are home more and need to make their homes more of a retreat.
Best advice ever given to you? Take the time to find balance between work and personal life. I make an effort every day to spend uninterrupted time with my family, which energizes me to work harder.
Best advice you’ve given? Be true to who you are and how you do business. Find what you are best at and use that to make yourself successful.
