A Barrington native’s lucky fiancé in Dallas was treated with a bridal shower extravaganza to remember earlier this spring. Christina Currie of Barrington’s Christina Currie Events says she and her team transformed Le Meridien Hotel Dallas into a jewelry boutique for the guests of bride-to-be Madeline Rohde with exclusive pieces of designer Kendra Scott. The custom gold harlequin patterned bar displayed a variety of colored gemstones and setting pieces for guests to design their jewelry. This magical concept created an unforgettable experience for partygoers and a one-of-a kind keepsake. Rohde and Gerald Fawcett were married on May 28.
