Best piece of advice for anyone starting out? Show up! Both of our first deals were because we were in the office, back in the days of walk-ins. Being present and available is crucial. Arriving early, even just five minutes, shows respect and dedication. Additionally, finding a great mentor is invaluable.

Greatest risk you’ve ever taken as a professional? Our biggest professional leap was when we joined Compass as a partnership. While we were seasoned in real estate, forming a team was uncharted territory for us. It was a risk, but one that has paid off tremendously. Our collaborative approach, devoid of ego, has been instrumental in our success. We consider ourselves incredibly lucky for the partnership and this journey.
