Bagpipes & Bonfire has been a fall tradition for over 30 years and is Lake Forest OpenLands’ main fundraiser. This year the weather was glorious and funds raised help to fulfill the mission devote to the acquisition and stewardship of the natural landscapes, and to ensuring all people have a meaningful, lasting connection to nature

Elawa Farm Foundation held its annual Harvest Dinner benefit on Saturday, September 25. Guests enjoyed a farm-to-table dinner and signature cocktails prepared by Le Colonial. Proceeds from the event will support the Foundation’s ADA accessible outdoor classroom, kitchen renovations, and food donations to Lake County families in need.

Citadel Theatre of Lake Forest celebrated its 20th anniversary drawing inspiration from F. Scott Fitzgerald’s The Great Gatsby. Guests dazzled from head to toe in their glamourous Art Deco ‘20’s style featuring luxe palettes of black and gold while dancing in the moonlight.
