You can’t be the No. 1 performer in your office for 30 years without a little grit and determination. “I think our office has always set itself apart from other real estate offices because of our availability and commitment to total service at all times,” says veteran realtor Linda Feinstein from RE/MAX Signature Homes. “From our agents to our office staff, client needs always come first. I think this makes us better at our jobs and certainly more insightful to what our clients’ needs and expectations are.” Feinstein has built her business around the understanding that she’s not just selling houses; these are people’s homes. Buying or selling a treasured home can be emotional, and understanding that helps clients through the process with ease. When asked about the state of the housing market this fall, Feinstein was optimistic. “I feel fall will generally be strong,” she says. “The stock market is healthy and the job report is attractive and improving. Those are all good signs for buyers and sellers.” Living in Hinsdale for 40 years has given Feinstein some skin in the game when it comes to real estate. “I can speak from the heart when a client asks me about what makes Hinsdale a special place to live. I enjoy the stability of the community, the local flavor of the village, and the great schools and neighborhoods that make raising a family here so unique.”
Linda Feinstein is with RE/MAX Signature Homes, located at 22 N. Lincoln Street in Hinsdale, 630-319-0352, lindafeinsteinhomes.com.
