Why you love what you do? It’s been exciting to see the resurgence of interest for the North Shore over the past two years. We’ve enjoyed seeing new families moving to our area, not only from the city, but from across the country. There’s no better feeling than seeing them fall in love with the amazing lifestyle on the North Shore.

What sets you apart from the competition? We are proud to be part of DMG—a female-led real estate team ranked #10 in the nation with offices in Chicago, Hinsdale, Lake Forest, Winnetka, and Naples, Florida—which helped us have a career-best year.

Best thing about 2021 was? In addition to our career greatest hits, Moor recently welcomed her third daughter, and mother-of-three Lenzke installed an outdoor sport court, which she likens to a “fourth baby.”

Most looking forward to in 2022? The momentum continues with an incredible lakefront offering at $7.9 million for a 2016-built home on 3.75-acres with an engineered bluff, raised beach, and pool at 611 Lansdowne Lane in Lake Bluff.

Favorite Mantra? “We give our clients 100 percent every day,” says Moor. Adds Lenzke: “You’re always going to get our best.”
