What sets you apart from your competition? It’s difficult to define the quality, but you know when you see it. For me, it is professionalism and respect, listening more than talking, and developing trust.

Best things about 2021? Buyers becoming more appreciative of, and buying on, the North Shore.

Past trends you would like to see come back? I’d like renovations that aren’t so expensive, not to mention transom windows, Dutch doors, and pot racks.

What do see as trends for 2022? Interest rates will increase. And I predict more colorful, comfortable interiors, nostalgia with a modern twist, and the continuing popularity of multi-use, flexible spaces.

Best advice ever given to you? When faced with a difficult situation, take the high road.
