Best thing about 2021 was? Business was exciting! No two deals are ever the same and our year was built on 34 very lively transactions culminating in $33 million in sold properties.

Past trends you’d like to see return? Historical preservation.

Trends on the horizon? People are prioritizing and optimizing time spent at home. More and more people are relocating to our beautiful Western Suburbs from big cities around the world. Buyers want their own land to tend and roam and lots of indoor space for work, school, play, entertainment, exercise, cooking, crafting … you name it!

Best advice given to you? “Shut up and listen.” When it comes to negotiations, always best to listen before you lay down your terms. Best advice we have given: “Niche down.” As a real estate broker, one should stay true to the markets you know and love.
