Making up Lyon Folker Campbell Partners, Ann Lyon, Jeff Folker, and Kim Campbell have decades of experience in the luxury real estate market. Lyon practiced architecture for more than 20 years before transitioning to real estate 16 years ago. Folker brings a marketing background and more than two decades of experience in sales and customer service to the team, which is further complemented by Campbell’s MBA in banking and finance and more than 20 years in banking and executive management. This power trio is thrilled to be joining the @properties office on the North Shore.

2020 was a success due to? Our clients’ patience and flexibility. With the restrictions of COVID-19, we were able to show homes virtually through Zoom calls, FaceTime, and videography, which enabled us to have our strongest year to date.

What was the highlight of your 2020 volume? Over $60 million in closed business with $71 million in written business and the honor of representing the largest sale in Lake Forest.

What sets you apart from your competition? The three of us specialize in three distinct areas and we are very detail oriented. Client satisfaction is our primary focus.

What is the first thing you tell your clients? Prior to telling our clients anything, we listen to their needs and expectations. We then provide our market knowledge to meet those objectives.
