In November, the American India Foundation (AIF) held its 17th annual Chicago Gala at the Field Museum in Chicago. With just over 300 guests in attendance, the elegant evening raised more than $1 million dollars. Throughout the evening, AIF board members and attendees celebrated the gala honoree, Abbott, with Andrea Weiner—Executive Vice President of Rapid and Molecular Diagnostics—accepting the award. Additionally, McKinsey & Company received the Leadership in Philanthropy award for their outstanding work and unwavering dedication to AIF. aif.org
