What sets you apart from your competition? As a married couple with two very different skill sets, our clients really benefit from our teamwork and different strengths.

Best thing about 2021 was? We regained a true appreciation for spending quality time with family and friends. And, while navigating this market has been very challenging for our buyers with record-low inventory, we were able to set and exceed our goals.

Trends on the horizon? For obvious reasons, some are regretting the fully open, one huge-room open floor plan concept, and are leaning toward more traditional layouts.

Best advice you’ve given? No home is ever perfect. Focus on the big picture rather than the little things that might turn you off at first glance.

Most looking forward to in 2022? This will continue to be a sellers’ market, and we hope that sellers take advantage of this so we can see new inventory.
