Fall’s finest fashions are displayed against the backdrop of Lake Forest’s Noble Judah Estate. This renowned manse was constructed for a glamorous couple—he a successful lawyer, Colonel in the Army, and future ambassador to Cuba and she, an accomplished equestrian and the heiress to National Cash Register. Sparing no expense, the compound was built from 1925 to 1928 under the watchful eye of architect Philip Lippincott Goodwin. The French Norman Style mansion includes a beautiful 17th-century landscape design. In the early years, the gardens often set the stage for lavish soirées frequented by celebrities including Charles Lindbergh. The property fell into disrepair until another glamorous couple with an eye for preservation brought it back to its original splendor. Join us as we tout the season’s best while strolling the grounds of this historic property juxtaposing modern fashion with timeless architecture.
