All of my clients receive white-glove service. I’m a perfectionist when it comes to preparation and exacting about every detail from start to finish. What trends are shaping the high-end real estate landscape right now?
Our market is more timeless than trendy. Lifestyle drives decisions, and that looks different for everyone. Buyers prioritize walkability; proximity to schools, the train, or lake; privacy; and homes that feel thoughtfully designed rather than simply oversized.
How do you define “exceptional” in today’s luxury market?
Exceptional can be defined by the feeling a home gives as much as its price. It’s the presence a home has—the architecture, the setting, the light, the way it lives. On the North Shore, that often means timeless design by a historic architect or interior designer, a high-quality custom build, or rare offerings like lakefront access or expansive property.
