It Gym partnered with MATTER, the NGO, to host the Heart of Gold Fundraiser benefiting the Boxing Academy of Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe and its orphanage. Proceeds from the event went towards building and opening a brand new boxing academy whose business will financially sustain the on-site orphanage. The fundraiser raised $50,000—double the goal—of which 100 percent of the proceeds will help provide a home for orphaned children who, otherwise, would not have access to shelter, education, and other essential resources. zimchildrenshome.funraise.org
