What has been the most significant barrier in your career and how have you persevered? Real estate is filled with ups and downs, and changes in the market are something we can’t control. I look beyond circumstances to see potential. Recently, I found success in working with new construction, renovating, and flipping homes. It’s important to turn over every stone to find a gem!

What meaningful lesson did you learn in your first job? My earliest lessons came from helping my father in construction. I saw homes transform under his hard work. I learned anything is possible with a plan, apply your strengths, and don’t waver in your dedication to the end result.

What was a pivotal moment in your career? I recently incorporated lessons from my father and brother’s construction business into my real estate work. My eye for design has helped open a new world of potential in flipping homes while reinventing the homebuying experience. It’s given a new dimension to what I offer— insights on the investment of a remodel and a blueprint for how it will change.

How should women support other women? As a new mom, I appreciate the female community in a whole new way. Nothing is better than doing business with other women in my community and we have to celebrate and support each other’s successes by building each other up and inspiring each other to act with confidence.
