A licensed esthetician, professional makeup artist, and airbrush tanning technician, she glows herself up by staying up to date with the latest trends and techniques that enrich her unique approach and understanding of the skin care and beauty industry.

What does the idea of power mean to you? As an entrepreneur, power is a big responsibility. I am constantly put into positions to exert influence over aspiring individuals, groups, and situations. It signifies having the means and authority to make decisions, enforce them, and shape outcomes. Power can be constructive when used for the betterment of society, promoting equality, and uplifting others.

What meaningful lesson did you learn in your first job? I worked in hospitality my entire life and I learned early on that customer service is a critical aspect of any business, as it directly impacts customer satisfaction, loyalty, and overall success. Through my experiences, I gained valuable insights into effective communication, problemsolving, empathy, and the significance of going above and beyond to meet customer needs.

How can this generation of leaders support the next generation of leaders? As the current generation of leaders, we can provide support and guidance to the next generation through mentorship, creating opportunities for growth and development, fostering a culture of collaboration and inclusivity, and advocating for policies that prioritize the needs of young leaders. Also, be honest with the future generation. The path to success is not easy and it takes a lot of work.
