What does the idea of power mean to you? When people trust you to do what you do best. We think it’s a huge compliment to our craft that our clients don’t give us a lot of direction. They come to us to work our magic. Our reputation was earned over years of producing only designs that we love.

How should women support other women? Women should be the loudest cheerleaders of other women’s success. Female trailblazers should continue to break glass ceilings and forge new paths to allow the next generation of women the space to create something even more monumental.

What was a pivotal moment in your career? Fowler: Partnering with Nicole. Finding someone to complement my weaknesses has helped me grow the business in a meaningful way.

Drai: The big moment for me was when I met Jenna. My newfound career started then. That was my introduction to entrepreneurship and doing something I love with a great business partner who I work well with.

How can this generation of leaders support the next generation of leaders? Teach them how to enjoy the journey. All of the ups and downs are part of the experience. Stay focused on the goals and continue to move toward them every day while learning not to worry about the things you can’t control.
