An ecofriendly contributor to the fashion industry, Moran is driven by her love of luxe labels and marketing, reaching savvy shoppers and consignors far beyond this town. The force behind the boutique’s Instagram page began with her and she has single-handedly grown a strong audience of 15,000 followers in the last two years.

How should women support other women? It’s important for women to recognize the strength in unity and to actively support and uplift each other. By doing so, women can create a powerful network that promotes growth, equality, and success for all.

What are you most proud of doing? I am passionate about helping others find the perfect outfits and accessories to express their unique sense of style. With years of experience in the fashion industry, I have developed a keen eye for trends and a deep understanding of personal style. Ultimately, my goal is to empower my customers to express themselves through fashion while making luxury more accessible, sustainable, and affordable.

Who is your role model and why? My role model has always been my mother. She’s hardworking, generous, and such a strong woman. I am who I am because of her.

How can this generation of leaders support the next generation of leaders? Encouraging and empowering the next generation to take on leadership roles is crucial. When leaders of today provide opportunities to the next generation it offers them autonomy which can help them develop their skills, grow, and gain confidence making greater contributions to society.
