What does the idea of power mean to you? Power is all about earned confidence. Without confidence, you will never truly succeed in anything. But it can’t be false confidence or dreaming. The only valuable confidence—the kind that can’t be shaken—is earned from hard work, persistence, and passion. With confidence, you have unlimited power to achieve your goals.

How should women support other women? Women must first be examples to young girls. Yes, when you meet another woman in a professional setting you should help, inspire, and support. But your ability to have a significant effect on a grown woman is more limited. A strong, successful woman who inspires and leads young girls can alter the course of a girl’s life and help create a new generation of great women.

What are you most proud of doing? I am most proud of my marriage and my children. No matter how successful DMG or I may be, nothing brings me greater joy and fulfillment than my family. After that, I am most proud of my teammates at DMG. They have all learned and grown so much; and proved there is a more effective and more stylish way to be a real estate agent.
