What does the idea of power mean to you? Power means having confidence in myself and my abilities to stay determined when faced with challenges and obstacles in this ever-changing real estate market.

What are you most proud of doing? I am most proud of being a mom to my two kids and a wife while being able to pursue my passion of being a full-time realtor. I make sure I am there for my family all while still being there for my clients.

What are the most important characteristics of an effective leader? Commitment and passion. I am committed to helping my clients achieve their end goal of buying or selling a home. Passion is the energy that fuels my success.

What meaningful lesson did you learn in your first job? After leaving my first corporate job, I knew I didn’t want to be the person I was told I had to be. This taught me to take a step back and listen more than I talk, negotiate fairly, and treat everyone, no matter who they are or what they do, with respect.

Who is your role model and why? Joanna Gaines, cofounder of Magnolia. She shows you that you can have a family and be present while having a full-time career.

What was a pivotal moment in your career? My business is 100 percent referral clients. It took a solid five years to finally get my network growing and get me where I am today.
