2 cups shelled edamame
¼ cup tahini
2 tablespoons water
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
¾ teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon cumin
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
½ cup cooked pasta
3 ounces each of small mozzarella balls and cherry tomatoes
Toss with 1 teaspoon chopped basil
3 tablespoons pesto or your kids’ favorite Italian dressing

Shredded Mini-Wheats
whole grain pretzel nuggets
dried banana chips
toasted soy nuts
raw almonds
cashews
