Jim and Julia Kyle, longtime North Shore residents, are justifiably proud of their company, Orion Capital Management. For more than 20 years, Orion Capital has been helping families make smart decisions about investing their money.

When Jim Kyle formed Orion Capital Management in 1991, he knew he wanted to take a different approach. “I’d seen how the business operates, and, frankly, how the public doesn’t always get a fair shake,” Jim says. “So we started the firm based on the idea that we wanted to provide a good service to people, to help them be successful. We work hard to get to know our clients. Our ultimate objective is to help them achieve their financial goals and desires.”

While Julia and Jim both have a passion for their company, this Kenilworth couple also likes to pursue other interests and hobbies. Jim and Julia, who met while in grade school, have two children, both now successful adults. When their children were younger, Jim enjoyed coaching their athletic teams. Today, he and Julia are active in their church, and Julia is involved in various social fund-raising boards throughout the Chicago area.
