After 23 years of collaboration with John Galliano, Bill Gaytten, stepped from out of the shadows and into the spotlight this past June. With a new position as head designer for Christian Dior, Gaytten’s spring/summer 2012 collection debuted with a sophisticatedly demure aesthetic that looks to flatter women of all body types. He was successful in presenting stunning looks in rich fabrics; showcasing gorgeous lady-like separates and retro-feeling dresses updated with the young and modern in mind.
