The Occasion: A record-breaking 556 supporters attended the Rush University Medical Center Junior Board’s premiere event at Sunset Ridge Country Club in Northfield, which included an afternoon of gift-giving ideas such as crafts and edibles.

The Highlights: The popular raffle was filled with items from local businesses, including Niyama Hot Yoga, Panera Bread, Yellow Bird, Little Ricky’s, Rolfsalon, and Edible Arrangements.

VIPs: Four New Trier High School seniors served as co-chairs for the event: Lauren Angley of Wilmette, Meredith Shaw of Kenilworth, and Claire Challenger and Condre Koepfgen, both of Winnetka.

The End Result: More than $22,000 was raised by the young powerhouse group, all for The Cancer Center and Volunteer Services Department at Rush University Medical Center.
