The Occasion: Sponsored by Sheridan Road, the Highland Park Chamber of Commerce kicked off their centennial year celebration with a lively event at the Highland Park Community House, acknowledging their long history and bright future.

The Details: The evening included 150 business professionals mingling with friends, as well as civic and community leaders over delicious food, cocktails, and dessert, and incorporated the installation of the 2011 Chamber Board of
Directors.

The Highlight: The Chamber proudly recognized BAHR’s Flowers with a special award as the oldest operating business in Highland Park and a founding member of the Chamber.

VIPs: Highland Park Mayor Michael Belsky, 2011 President of the Chamber Board Adam Kaplan, 2010 President Eve Del Monte, and Executive Director Ginny Anzelmo-Glasner all raised their glasses in unison for a champagne toast toward continued prosperity in Highland Park.

The End Result: Proceeds from the event will go toward the continuation and formation of new programs that benefit the member businesses of the Chamber.
