The company—started by the Ori family who owns and operates Rosebrook Pools, Inc. in Libertyville—was launched last spring when the family, through their experience with the construction and masonry industry, noticed a significant need for a specialized, comprehensive hardscaping business in the area. Deciding to fill the gap for this type of company on the North Shore, the family members created North Shore Hardscapes.

With more than 60 years background in construction and masonry on the North Shore, the North Shore Hardscapes team is comprised of skilled craftsmen who draw from a wealth of prior experience. As a result, North Shore Hardscapes specializes in virtually every aspect of the yard. From outdoor kitchens, lighting, and patios to walkways, driveways, and retaining walls, the company can tackle just about any creative challenge.

One recent project, for instance, involved a natural stone outdoor pizza oven that was shipped in from Tuscany. To create a complete outdoor living space, a barbeque and refrigerator, as well as an entire closed roof structure with stone columns and automatic screens, supplemented the pizza oven.
