The Occasion: More than 550 shoppers filled the upper level of Neiman Marcus Northbrook for the fashion retailer’s mega-event celebrating “Fashion’s Night Out,” featuring a high-energy fashion show that circled the escalators.

The Highlights: Haute couture met hockey as Neiman Marcus hosted members of the Chicago Blackhawks, allowing fans of fashion to shake hands with the winners of the 2010 Stanley Cup.

The VIPs: Chairman of the Blackhawks Rocky Wirtz and his wife Marilyn took in the show, as did defenseman Duncan Keith and right wing Troy Brouwer.

The Final Tally: General Manager Kirstie Lytwynec presented Rocky with a $5,000 check for the Blackhawk Charities.
