The Occasion: “Beach chic” was the attire for the Winnetka Parks Foundation’s seventh annual Party on the Pier soiree—Winnetka’s biggest bash of the summer—sponsored by Sheridan Road.

The Venue: Tower Road Beach was the star, with the main stage featuring the sounds of Running Still and Who’s Your Daddy, allowing the sand to be the dance floor.

The Scene: Even though rain gave the event a wet start, many revelers waited out the storm at Little Ricky’s, and then headed back down to the beach to dance the night away.

The Details: A beach barbeque was catered by Gourmet Garden, and Flickinger Wines kept spirits high with a selection of fine wines.

The End Result: Money raised went directly to the Winnetka Park Foundation’s efforts to support park facility improvement and programs.
